Dave's visit in the Philippines to train leaders is worth living for, since that the Philippines pastors heard the firs time on Dave's teaching about leadership. What is the worth that I can say is that delegates are very attentive to listen Dave's lectures and takes note on all important word he said about leadership. The first time it happened that church leaders are united together to join CTK leadership training in the Philippines particular in Mindanao area. When pastor Dave arrived at the airport and while on board the rented van, many pastors calling my cellphone and trying to locate me and ask where are we because there were a hundred pastors waiting for us in the venue of conference, however looking Dave to where he is since they are thinking that pastor Dave was there on the conference room but not yet arrived. I'm sure that all pastors and church leaders who was attended the CTK leadership training will apply to what they learn from the conference. I and my pastors will also duplicate to what we learn from this leadership training and I told pastor Dave that we are willing to work under CTK authority and abide its rule and regulations pertaining to CTK Mission and Vision.
